Thermography
Thermography at Hart & Sol Integrative Healthcare is performed by the reputable technicians from the Thermography Medical Clinic and is offered several times a year. You do not need to be an existing patient of our clinic to book an appointment. Each client will receive a full detailed report of their thermography scan which they can use for their own health improvement or to show their healthcare practitioner.
- Breast thermography $215
- Men's and Women's Health Screens $295
- Full body thermography $365
Our next thermography screening day is:
Monday, October 4, 2020, 10am-6pm
Monday, October 4, 2020, 10am-6pm

What is thermography
Medical thermography is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that enables the examiner to visualize and quantify changes in skin surface temperature. An infrared camera is used to convert infrared radiation emitted from the skin surface into electrical impulses that are visualized in colour on a monitor. This visual image graphically maps the body temperature and is referred to as a thermogram. The spectrum of colours indicates an increase or decrease in the amount of infrared radiation being emitted from the body surface. Since there is a high degree of thermal symmetry in the normal body, subtle abnormal temperature asymmetries can be easily identified. The thermal patterns displayed on the thermogram are as unique as fingerprints. In healthy people, there is a symmetrical thermal pattern that is consistent and reproducible for that individual. Injury or disease will result in thermal asymmetries. After detection, thermography also has an effective role in monitoring the effects of treatment.
Indications for upper body and full body thermography
Information on breast thermography
Breast Thermography is a safe, radiation free method of assessing a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer offering women the earliest possible warning that problems may be occurring in her breasts. Follow-up thermograms are a valuable part of your breast health.
A picture can say a thousand words. Breast thermography provides us with an excellent method of tracking any changes that may be occurring in the breast tissue in response to hormone changes related to peri-menopause or menopause. Thermography can also monitor positive changes to reassure women and their healthcare practitioners they are making the right nutritional changes.
Thermography is a breast screening risk assessment tool to aid in identifying women who have an increased risk for developing breast cancer. Current research has determined that the key to breast cancer survival rests upon its earliest possible detection. If discovered in its earliest stages, 95% cure rates are possible.
Breast thermography is the only known test that can also serve as an early warning system by identifying women who have high-risk pre-cancerous infrared imaging markers. The procedure can also play a role in prognosis and as a method of assisting in monitoring the effects of treatment. It is always important to stay proactive and well informed in your own health care. Consider regular breast screening with thermography……the results could change your life.
