Hello and welcome to the official blog of Hart & Sol Integrative Healthcare.  As the co-founders of Hart & Sol, along with Dr. Holly Letourneau ND, we wanted to create a clinic that would serve as a hub for community health and well-being; a place where people could not only come for quality care and treatment but participate in their own health and the health of their community. 

The purpose of this blog will be to facilitate communication between Hart & Sol and all those interested the natural medicine scene.  The blog will be used for news and opinion specific to Hart & Sol and natural health.
